Moreover, there has been a flood of writ petitions, advance rulings and a maze of complications while interpreting several provisions.

Against this backdrop, Taxsutra Neurons in association with Hiregange Academy is delighted to present to you an exhaustive 35 Hours Certification Course on “Advanced GST Litigation” [Starting January 7]. Over the course of this Master-Class Series [spread over two modules], Mr. Madhukar Hiregange (Founding Partner, Hiregange & Associates) along with his team of 15+ Chartered Accountants & Lawyers shall impart practical knowledge w.r.t, (i) legal provisions under GST, their applicability and major issues chronologically as per provisions and possible litigation under GST  (ii) application of legal jurisprudence inhandlinglitigation matters, (iii) live case studies based on the prominent issues being/likelyto be faced by the industry, (iv) developing skill-sets to mitigate and handle litigationcases.
