Ms. Aparna Nandakumar, Advocate, Madras High Court, is a fourth-generation lawyer practicing in the indirect taxation field. The author has 30 years of experience in the bar, especially in the field of taxation. She has served as the Senior Standing Counsel of the GST, and Customs department in the Madras High Court panel and has appeared in many landmark decisions. The author has been the GST faculty of the Indirect Tax Committee of ICAI for GST Certification course and has rendered lectures in all the regional branches of the IDTC-ICAI. The author is also a regular faculty in the Madras Chamber of Commerce (MCCI).

Padmanathan K. V. :

Padmanathan K.V. (B.Com., ACA) is a qualified Chartered Accountant based at Palakkad. He is a partner at a leading CA firm in Palakkad. His areas of focus include Income Tax and GST advisory, audit and litigation. He has represented his clients before various forums including Income Tax and GST Officers, first and second appellate authorities.
