Recently, MCA notified Ind AS 115, Revenue from Contracts with Customers vide notification dated March 28, 2018. This book covers Ind AS 115 and updated with all the MCA notification till the date of publication with respect to Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) amendment rules and also covered Income Computation and disclosure standards updated with Finance Act, 2018. The detailed tabular comparison of Ind AS Vs AS and IFRS Vs. Ind AS is also given in division IV of the Volume I. Disclosures are the essence of Ind AS and a comprehensive disclosure checklist is given in division V of this Volume. Division VI has detailed analysis of ICDS (updated by Fin Act. 2018). The complete Ind AS Glossary is compiled at one place and given in division VI of this Volume. The updated text of all 39 Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) duly incorporating all Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Amendment Rules, Ind AS compliant Schedule III and All Updated ICDS has been given in Volume II of the book. This publication shall immensely help the accounting professionals in-depth understanding and implementing the Ind AS. This book shall provide conceptual clarity, guidance and act as one shop solution for Ind AS and ICDS.

CA (Dr.) Sanjeev Kumar Singhal is FCA with 20 years of experience, PhD in international Finance from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi, Certificate course on IFRS from ICAI, M Com., Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, B.Com. (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University Topper, Received more than 100 merit certificates for academic achievements and extra-curricular activities in school and college. Over 14 books published by leading publishers including Bharat Law House, CCH, Lexis Nexis, Bloomsbury etc., on Ind AS, IGAAP, Companies Act,2013, revised Schedule VI, etc. to his credit. Worked as Partner with BL Aggarwal Sohwasia and Co. and an associate professor at FORE School of Management and helped shape lives of thousands of students. He has worked as Management Trainee at SIDBI, Vice President, Finance at Cyber Media, Executive Vice President, Finance at Religare, and Vice President at Jubilant Life Sciences, etc.

Alok Kumar Garg :

CA. Alok Kumar Garg is a seasoned professional, is an associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for more than a decade. He is working as a Deputy General Manager -Finance and heading Financial Reporting and Consolidation function with a large listed company. Having completed his graduation in B.Com (Hons.) from University of Delhi in 2004, he also qualified the Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in the year 2008. He is a Diploma holder in IFRS from ACCA, United Kingdom and also Certified IFRS from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is having a thorough experience in the field of Financial reporting, Consolidation and Auditing for more than 11 years and associated with Bharti Infratel, HSBC, IL&FS and consulting firms during his career cycle.

Amarjit Chopra :

CA. Amarjit Chopra with more than four decades of standing was the President of the Institute for the year 2010-11 and Vice-President the year before. He was elected to the Central Council of the ICAI for the first time for the term 1998-2001. During his tenure in the Central Council, he was the Chairman of Accounting Standards Board, Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, and Corporate Laws Committee for two years each and has been the Chairman of Expert Advisory Committee, Financial Reporting Review Board, Committee on Corporate Governance and Committee on Internal Audit for one year each. He represented the ICAI in the National Standard setters meeting of IAASB in London and Brussels as well as Accounting Standards issues before IASB and UK Accounting Standards Board at London.
