Schedule III Part A. Some of the incorporated proposals include quantifying the meaning of “material”, thereby limiting discretion with the listed entities, requiring amendments in Materiality Policy and reducing timelines for disclosures, mandatory verification of market rumours by top 100 listed entities, etc.
