Risk covering is an important aspect, which many persons avoid in buying insurance policies. Risk Covering Products should not be seen from the angle of investments, rather these are the risk mitigation techniques of unwanted hazards.

Chapters 13 to 20 describe about investment products covering the risk-free products (viz: Bank and Post Office Deposits, Government Securities) and risk bearing products (like: Investment in Mutual Funds, Shares, Company Deposits, Bonds).

Chapter 26 is very much important from the perspective of documentation of Insurance, Borrowings and Investments. No one is immortal. Many a times, it has been observed that investors do not share such details of investments with their spouse/legal heirs and in the event of casualty, the surviving family members do not have proper information and face difficulties in realising the money belonging to their beloved deceased member.
