An accomplished academic, Dheera holds a Master’s degree from Kanpur University and an LLB from Panjab University. She is also an acclaimed author, recognised for her literary contributions in Hindi poetry and significant works related to law. Her literary accolades include the Best Woman Writer Award from Haryana Sahitya Akademi and the Best Book Award from Chandigarh Sahitya Akademi in 2018.
