Two important sections 194M and 194N are introduced through Finance Act, 2019. Threshold limit u/s 194A and 194I are enhanced and both manner of TDS and TDS rate u/s 194DA are changed through Finance Act, 2019. Mr. Kalyan Sengupta, B.Sc, I.C.W.A.I (Inter) LL.B is an Advocate and Tax Consultant by profession and working particularly in the field of Direct and Indirect Tax with effect the year 1999. Now he is a regular author of M/S B.C. Publications. Presently about 25 books are written by Mr. Sengupta on tax and related matters.
