For ease of understanding, each case analysis precedes with tables of parties involved, provisions dealt with in the case. Keywords have been added for the first time as an aid to memory. The book contains Multiple Choice Questions based on the case analysis specially designed for preparing to give the Limited Insolvency Examination.
