Abhishek has authored more than a dozen of books with Taxmann, LexisNexis and Commercial Law Publishers on GST, Service Tax, Central Excise and Foreign Trade Policy. He was the first author in the country to write on GST in 2008-09. He has zealously argued plethora of landmark writs before different Courts including Supreme Court. Abhishek has received several accolades for his literary and judicial contributions to the tax, constitutional and fiscal fraternity.
