Author Arun Goenka is an Honours graduate in commerce stream from Calcutta University and a Chartered Accountant of 1982 batch. He did his CA articleship from Lodha & Co. Kolkata. After initial 3 years of extensive industrial exposure he started his career as a financial consultant and corporate advisor. In the last about 4 decades he has interacted with 1000 odd companies.
