Intellectual Property Rights: Contemporary development

by VK Ahuja
Categories: Other Laws
Publisher: Thomson Reuters South Asia Private Limited
About Book:

There has been a massive growth in the subject matter of intellectual property over the last few decades which has been a source of great debate. Some of these subjects are discussed on and off while a few, such as artificial intelligence, copyright in tattoos and body arts, intellectual property rights issues in yoga postures and standard essential patents, are still awaiting the attention of experts. Whatever be the case, most of these issues have caused a lot of chaos and confusion in the minds of those who are dealing with Intellectual Property Rights laws. Intellectual Property Rights: Contemporary Developments is an attempt to provide judges, lawyers, teachers, researchers, students and all those who are interested in IPR an insight into some of these issues.
