Jurisprudence of Experiential Learning Law presents a paradigm shift from legal theory. It is a new lexicon in jurisprudential thought. Professor Dr. K. L. Bhatia, B.A. (Hons) ( J&K); LL.B. (ILS Pune); LL.M. and Ph.D. (Pune), is a senior Professor of Law and an eminent legal personality. The former Head and Dean, Faculty of Law and Founder Director, The Law School, University of Jammu; Director, Amity Law School; Founder Dean and Professor Emeritus, College of Legal Studies, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun; and Professor of Eminence Law, National Law University, Jodhpur, he has over four decades of teaching and research experience. He has published over twenty books on varied research subjects of law, both doctrinal and heuristic, including a book of poetry in both Hindi and English, and over a hundred research articles published in leading peer legal journals of repute in India and abroad. The recipient of ICSSR, UGC, erstwhile J&K State (now UT), UN and ILO Human Rights fellowships, he is a DAAD and Max-Planck Fellow and Alumnus.
