Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo is, among other things, the Founding President, Asian Institute of Alternate Dispute Resolution (2018 to date) and Global President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (2016). Since 1990, he has served as chairman, co-arbitrator of three-man panels and sole arbitrator in over 300 international and domestic arbitrations. Datuk Sundra has authored, co-authored and edited several books, including UNCITRAL Model Law & Arbitration Rules: The Arbitration Act 2005 (Amended 2011 and 2018) and the AIAC Arbitration Rules 2018 (2019). He has also contributed chapters and articles on arbitration, contract and construction law. He is now involved in writing books on arbitration, adjudication and construction law.
