He is a Qualified Cost Accountant and holding Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Madras. He is also an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitration, United Kingdom and he has qualified the Advanced Arbitration Course conducted by the Association for International Arbitration, Belgium. He holds a post-graduation diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law School, Bangalore.

            Currently, he is the managing partner at DB Law Chambers specialising in Corporate laws, a wide variety of matters including Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate disputes, Shareholder disputes, winding up cases, oppression and mismanagement cases, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, labour law management and consulting.

            He has over 9 years of experience in teaching corporate laws at various Institutes, various Colleges and Corporates in Chennai. He has written books on Economic and Commercial laws, Capital Market and Securities laws and Company law for CS executive for Sitaraman & Co.
