He holds a post-graduation diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law School, Bangalore.

He has written books on Economic and Commercial laws, Capital Market and Securities laws and Company law for CS executive for Sitaraman & Co. He has written book for Industrial, Labour and General laws for CS executive for Taxmann Publications.

            He has published several articles in professional magazines and journals and is frequently invited as a speaker to several conferences and seminars organised by leading professional institutes, associations and chambers on subjects like corporate laws, Insolvency Code, Arbitration, Contract laws and labour laws.
