The Black’s Law Dictionary defines a suit as the proceeding initiated by a party or parties against another in the court of law. Institution or filing of civil case commences with presentation of the plaint into civil court having jurisdiction to try the suit. Chapter 5 talks about various frames of suit and last but not the least Chapter 6 deals with recognized pleaders, agents, fees, responsibility of advocates, etc. The Book also contains SC and HC cases and model drafting.
