Fast forward to today’s corporate environment, maintaining the attention of employees has become a difficult task in most organizations due to the variations in their attention spans. To cater to this problem, micro learning has become an interesting way of teaching concepts in short, focused nuggets or micro-bites. A solid microlearning strategy involves delivering impactful learning experiences for participants, to help them learn effectively and efficiently, even at work.
