About Course:

Episode Duration:

Episode Background:

In line with the global trend, last year, India’s deal making activity reached a new milestone, whereby it was speculated that a total of 598 deals valued at approx.. US$112.8 billion were recorded over the course of the year—i.e. the highest annual volume and value on record. However, on the other hand, this year is witnessing strong headwinds in the M&A arena, as economies are battered by inflation, supply chain constraints, the impact of the war in Europe and the lingering effects of the pandemic. In this context, Indian companies continue to look for opportunities to expand their global footprint organically or inorganically, with the USA being a key location.
