RERA Capital Gains Immovable Property
Categories: RERA, Direct Taxes
Publisher: Wolters Kluwer
About Book:

The book is a comprehensive guide for the hitherto virtually helpless buyer of the property as well as for the developers and real estate agents whose activities, the RERA regulates and makes the stakeholders work professionally and in transparent manner. Particular attention has been given to the ongoing projects as matters relating to the new projects are likely to take time to come up. It provides awareness among the buyers of their rights and also enables them to get justice from the institutions created by RERA in case of the builders reluctance to give them their dues.
