135 minutes

Episode Background:
There's an old adage which goes like, The Only Constant in Life is Change.” Particularly in the context of the the Goods and Services Tax Law, this is extremely apt considering the series of changes that have been ushered in by the CBIC in the months of November and December 2021, in order to give effect to various changes in the Act along with rules. Further, certain clarifications have also been issued having direct implication on the tax positions. It is thus important for all of us to understand these changes from a legal and practical standpoint, along with a system mechanism that needs to be put in place for its effective implementation.
