Salman Khurshid :

Salman Khurshid, is a noted Indian politician, designated senior advocate, eminent author and an educationist of global repute. He did his BCL from the University of Oxford and also taught law there for a few years. A former Cabinet Minister of the Ministry of External Affairs, he has authored the famous play, Sons of Babur in addition to numerous books including Beyond Terrorism: New Hope for Kashmir and has edited others like, Dignity in the Legal and Political Philosophy of Ronald Dworkin, Taking Bail Seriously, Justice at Heart, At Home in India, and The Contemporary Conservative: Selected Writings of Dhiren Bhagat. Presently he practices in the Supreme Court of India as a senior advocate.

Lokendra Malik :

Lokendra Malik, is a practicing Advocate in the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. A former Professor of Law, Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi, he earned his LL.D. (Post-doctoral) degree from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in the area of Indian Constitutional Law after his Ph.D. in law from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. He specializes in Public Law in terms of litigation, research and academic writing. He has published many books on different issues pertaining to law and governance. Some of his books are- Justice at Heart, Dignity in the Legal and Political Philosophy of Ronald Dworkin, The Power of Raisina Hill, and Taking Bail Seriously.

Yogesh Pratap Singh :

Yogesh Pratap Singh is Professor of Law and Registrar at National Law University Odisha. Dr. Singh received his LL.M. from NLSIU, Bangalore and LL.B. from the University of Allahabad. His doctoral thesis is published as a book entitled “Judicial Dissent and Indian Supreme Court: Enriching Constitutional Discourse” by Thomson Reuters. Prof. Singh participated in the 39th Annual Session on International Human Rights Law and Ciedhu programme organized by International Institute of Human Rights (IIHR) Strasbourg, France. He was appointed (on deputation) Deputy Registrar, Research in the Supreme Court of India to assist Hon’ble Chief Justice of India and other judges in discharge of their judicial function. Dr. Singh has written numerous papers in reputed journals and also writes for the general public by contributing periodically to The New Indian Express, The Statesman, The Tribune, Deccan Herald, The Wire etc.
