In the first part of this series, Mr. Maller discussed the amendments to the Corporate Social Reporting (CSR) Regulations and the pursuant accounting requirements stemming from them. In today’s video, Mr Maller discsusses the accounting for modifications of borrowing due to the COVID-19 moratorium granted to borrowers by RBI. After explaining the moratorium implications, Mr Maller elaborates on de-recognition principles enunciated under Ind AS 109.
